• We will ship your items within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Any purchases made on a Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
• All items will be shipped via UPS, US Postal Service. (Sorry, we do not use FedEx for any shipments)  
• We only offer expedited shipping when shipped on the customers UPS or USPS account.(Sorry, we do not use FedEx for any shipments)   
• We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. (No Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside the United States)
• We do not ship directly to APO/FPO or Post Office Box addresses.You must provide a physical address.
• We do not ship to international addresses. 

Return Policy:

• Here at Viatek Solutions we understand that problems may arise with purchases therefore all items are guaranteed to work as described for 30 days.  
• All items found not to be working as described must be returned within 30 days of receipt and upon verification of serial number a Refund or Replacement will be issued.
• Please be certain you can use what you are bidding on, as incompatibility is not a valid reason for return
