I bought in November 2022 it’s the 64gb and I’ve had no problems with it, the battery last a long time for me. And that’s a plus it also doesn’t get hot no matter how long I use it , or while charging it , like my iPhone does which I like. I bought it because I needed one and I glad I did.

Was skeptical but was perfect! Never bought a refurbished electronic and this came out to around $300 so I was hoping I didn’t just get scammed but it was perfect. Came in an apple bow with the charger and everything, clean and plastic wrapped. Also I did find out Walmart will except returns in your local store so I had ease of mind if I did have an issue

iPad is very nice, performance is awesome. The price wasn’t bad @ all. Overall, nice investment gift. I do wish that a pen came with the iPad. I purchased a pen from the flea market doesn’t work like it should. Aftermarket, pen for iPad is garbage. Connects to mobile hotspot wifi. One thing I don’t like about this iPad is that it doesn’t have face recognition. Must use fingerprint or put in passcode to unlock. It’s a 64 GB iPad. SD card is not included, pen not included, and case not included. Affordable for iPad 2021.

Do not order online! I only received 1 of the 2 IPads that I ordered and payed for…Customer service continues to tell me that they have proof that I received both…I stayed on hold for 50 minutes only for them to say take it up with my credit card because they had proof that I received them both. One picture was taken by the delivery guy that left it on my porch…the other 2 were taken by me…clearly 2 I Pads would not fit in the 1 bag that was left on my porch…yet they are saying they were both in the one bag! Basically they kept my $250 without my IPad…I will never on line with them AGAIN!!!

I placed the order for two iPads but they only sent 1 iPad to me. When I called Walmart for refund, they refused and insisted that the shipping label mentioned “5 lbs” so they believed they have send two iPads. But their package can only fit one iPad and the so called “5 lbs” label was also matching package weight at all. OnTrac tracking information has the package size as 15″x11″x2″ while the iPad box size is 10.3″ x 7.8″ x 2.1″. How could you possibly fit two iPad in such a small package? Please see the attached photos which can prove my point. But Walmart customer service did not buy in my argument and insisted they believe they delivered both items. I searched the Walmart website reviews, and I am not the only case in late October 2023. I felt like Walmart is trying to scam the regular customer base for profits. This is unacceptable.
